This Privacy Policy applies to Bridgedcare’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather from you when you are accessing or using the SurgerySavings web-based application, (the “Site”). By using or accessing the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent that we will collect, use and share your Personal Information in the following ways.

Your use of the Site is at all times subject to the Terms of Use, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy without definition shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Bridgedcare may collect and ask you for personally identifiable information when you visit or use our Site, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, a password, and other identifying information. We may also receive personally identifiable information about you from your Organization, or Organization-Sponsor. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you are using to access our Website, and the page or feature you requested.

We may use this information to : (a) customize the content you use, (b) fulfill your requests for information, (c) contact you, (d) audit, research and analyze our Site and the services that we provide, (e) ensure the technical functioning of our Site and (f) develop new enhancements and information.

DO WE USE COOKIES?

CORRECTING YOUR MEMBER PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can access some of your Personal Information that we collect on our Site by logging in and viewing your account, or by contacting Bridgedcare staff.

If you discover errors in your Personal Information on our Site, you can contact Bridgedcare staff. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected, or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that would be extremely impractical.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE (COPPA)

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). COPPA requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from a child under 13 years of age. Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
